Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within this window — however, delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or due to customs processing.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No surprises at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Important — Curated Bundle & Set Orders
Our coffee table sets and curated bundles feature pieces sourced from multiple trusted suppliers. This means individual items within your order may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. This is completely normal and expected. You may receive one package before another — rest assured, your full order is on its way. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. We curate high-quality home décor and lifestyle pieces, and we want you to love everything you receive.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at leatheronleather.interiors@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a replacement, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at leatheronleather.interiors@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — no questions asked.
